About Our Services
Do you do the actual pest extermination?
No. We focus exclusively on preparation and cleaning. For bed bug and cockroach situations, we prepare your home to your pest control company's requirements and can refer you to trusted local extermination companies we work with regularly.
Who do you work with?
Homeowners, renters, property managers, landlords, exterminators, and agencies calling on a client's behalf. Many of our projects come through case workers and property managers coordinating help for someone else.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. Your property and our team are covered on every job.
Will the neighbors know you were here?
No. Our vehicles are unmarked and your belongings are transported discreetly. Confidentiality is built into how we work.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed weekends. You can send a message through our contact form anytime and we'll get back to you.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Oshkosh and serve Appleton, Green Bay, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, the Fox Cities, and the surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities.
Bed Bug & Cockroach Preparation
Can I do the prep myself, or hire a regular cleaning company?
You can, but we don't recommend it. Preparation is meticulous and time-intensive. Homeowners often take a week or more, and mistakes can worsen the infestation or prolong treatment. Many cleaning companies also decline homes with bed bugs because of the risk to their staff. We typically complete the full prep in a single business day.
How long does preparation take?
A typical prep takes one to five days depending on the size of the home and the level of infestation, and most are done in one business day. The treatment in the home can then take several weeks or months after prep is complete.
Do you treat shoes, bags, and other non-clothing items?
Yes. High-heat treatment can be hard on delicate items, so we'll ask you to set aside anything that wouldn't fare well and we'll talk through how to handle those pieces.
When do I get my belongings back?
Once your pest control company confirms the home is bed bug free or cockroach free, we return your laundered items. If you'd like help putting your space back together, restoration is available as an added service.
Why are bed bugs so hard to get rid of?
They spread easily, hide in cracks and crevices that are difficult to treat, and reproduce quickly. A major infestation can develop in just a few months, and many people don't react to bites, so infestations often go unnoticed until they're advanced. Proper preparation is the single biggest factor in successful treatment.

What happens at the hoarding assessment?
We evaluate the space, talk through your needs, and build a customized plan. You decide from there, with no pressure.
Will your team judge me or my family member?
Never. Respectful, non-judgmental support is the foundation of how we work. We also offer flexible scheduling so the work moves at a pace you're comfortable with.
Will you throw away things that matter?
No. Careful sorting is a core part of our process. Valuables, keepsakes, and important documents are set aside, and everything else is disposed of responsibly, recycled, or donated.
What counts as "extreme" cleaning?
Severely unsanitary living spaces. Conditions that have gone beyond what a standard cleaning service will take on. If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, call us and we'll tell you honestly what it needs.
What does a cleanout cost?
Every situation is different, so we price after seeing the space. After the assessment you get a detailed estimate, with competitive pricing and flexible payment options.
I manage rental properties. How fast can you turn a unit?
We work efficiently to keep your vacancy time as short as possible, from removal of abandoned belongings through deep cleaning and disposal. The exact timeline is set in your estimate based on the unit's condition.

How does the process start?
Call or send a message. We gather details about the situation, visit the property to assess and explain everything, then give you a detailed estimate. Work begins once you approve it, and we coordinate exterminators, property managers, case workers, and waste services along the way.
What should I have ready when I call?
Just a general picture of the situation: the type of property, roughly what condition it's in, and your timeline. You don't need to have it all figured out. That's what the assessment is for.
